Description

The Assistant Relining Operator will support the relining operations by assisting in the preparation, execution, and quality control of relining projects. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in manufacturing and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the industry.

Responsibilities

Assist in the relining process of various equipment and components.
Prepare and maintain work areas to ensure safety and efficiency during operations.
Follow instructions and guidelines set by senior operators and supervisors.
Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with relining processes and equipment.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
