Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant based in Indore. The Assistant will handle daily administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, coordinating meetings, and assisting in various office tasks. Additionally, the Assistant may be involved in tracking inventory, preparing documents, and supporting other team members with their duties.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in office administration or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
