Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for shortlisting of Properties as per requirement.
Research & analysis of Property in terms of realistic market price
Meeting local Developers/Builders/Landlords along with the Brokers to acquire the Property.
Liaising legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing & acquiring.
Coordination with various department internally till store launch.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities, both organic growth and acquisitions.

Preferred candidate profile:

3-5 years of relevant experience of acquiring 8 to 10k size retail space either from leasing / broking large firms or retail / Mall leasing
Good negotiation skills
