Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure all operational equipment receives timely and high-quality repairs.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities and property inspections to maintain the safety and efficiency of all equipment.
Plan and manage Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services, ensuring adherence to defined
SLA
(Service Level Agreements) and
KPI
(Key Performance Indicators).
Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking for facility operations.
Maintain statutory documents and ensure timely renewal of all licenses and compliance records.
Conduct training sessions for employees on operational equipment, ensuring adherence to
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
.
Identify potential hazards and manage associated risks to ensure safety of employees and operational equipment.
Coordinate with the accounts team for vendor payments, processing e-bills, and managing site operational expenses.
