 Key Responsibilities Project Support & Coordination  
 -   Assist senior project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring MEP projects  
-   Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and subcontractors throughout project lifecycle  
-   Support project scheduling, budget tracking, and resource allocation  
-   Maintain project documentation, drawings, and compliance records  
-   Assist in preparing project status reports and client communications  
 Technical Assistance  
 -   Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings under supervision  
-   Support field inspections and quality assurance activities  
-   Assist in coordinating MEP systems integration with structural and architectural elements  
-   Help resolve technical issues and coordinate design modifications  
-   Support commissioning and testing activities for MEP systems  
 Client & Stakeholder Management  
 -   Participate in client meetings and project presentations  
-   Assist in managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants  
-   Support change order processing and scope management  
-   Help facilitate communication between project team members  
-   Assist in client reporting and project milestone communications  
 Administrative & Process Support  
 -   Maintain project files, contracts, and compliance documentation  
-   Support procurement processes and vendor selection  
-   Assist in preparing proposals and project estimates  
-   Help track project deliverables and key milestones  
-   Support invoice processing and budget reconciliation  
 Required Qualifications Education  
 -   Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field  
 Experience  
 -   2-4 years of experience in MEP systems, construction, or project management  
-   Experience with commercial building MEP systems preferred  
-   Familiarity with building codes and industry standards (ASHRAE, NEC, IPC, etc.)  
-   Previous exposure to project management methodologies  
 Technical Skills  
 -   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)  
-   Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP) preferred  
-   Knowledge of project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)  
-   Understanding of MEP design principles and construction processes
