This role involves conducting innovative research, publishing in reputable journals, and providing mentorship to students Responsibilities: Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in statistics. Conduct cutting-edge research and publish findings in academic journals. Mentor and advise students on academic and career development. Participate in departmental meetings and committees. Seek funding opportunities and write grant proposals. Engage in professional development and continuous learning. Contribute to the academic community through service and outreach. Qualifications: Specifically requires a Ph.D. and Master's degree in Statistics. CSIR NET Qualified Demonstrated ability to teach effectively and conduct research. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong record of research and publication in statistics. A portfolio of published research articles may be desirable.
