Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant Professor role located in Bhilai. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, conducting research in their field of expertise, guiding and mentoring students, and assessing their academic performance. Additional responsibilities include contributing to curriculum development, participating in academic activities, and collaborating with colleagues to promote a thriving intellectual environment.

• Strong expertise in subject matter and the ability to effectively design and deliver engaging lectures
• Research skills with the ability to conduct cutting-edge research and publish in reputed journals
• Effective mentoring and guidance skills to support student development and academic growth
• Ability to engage in curriculum development and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in the relevant subject; a Ph.D. or equivalent qualification is highly desirable
• Prior experience in teaching or research in an academic or professional setting is preferred
