Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor Phd (Management & IT) located in Noida. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, conducting research in Management and IT, guiding students, and participating in academic activities. Additional responsibilities include curriculum development, assessment and evaluation of students, and contributing to academic publications and conferences.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge and experience in Management and IT
• Strong ability in curriculum development and student assessment
• Research and academic writing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Phd in Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in teaching at the undergraduate or postgraduate level
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work independently
• Prior experience in corporate training or industry projects is a plus
