Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology at Amity University Punjab, located in Mohali district. The role involves teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in clinical psychology, developing and updating course curricula, mentoring students, and conducting research. The Assistant Professor will also engage in academic activities such as evaluating student performance, contributing to departmental development, and participating in seminars and conferences to stay at the forefront of the field.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Psychology and Clinical Psychology, with a strong foundation in theoretical and applied aspects.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development, with the ability to design and implement innovative course materials.
• Experience in University Teaching and Teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with effective communication and teaching methodologies.
• Strong Research skills, including conducting studies, publishing outcomes in peer-reviewed journals, and contributing to the academic field of clinical psychology.
• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field, with a proven academic and research track record.
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive academic environment.
• Experience in designing and delivering practical training sessions, as well as mentoring and guiding students at various stages of their academic journey.
