About the Role

We invite applications for the position of Assistant Professor in various MBA specializations. Candidates applying should have expertise in one specific subject area (not all subjects). The selected candidate will teach courses only in their respective specialization.

Eligibility & Qualification

Post-Graduation (MBA/relevant PG degree) with specialization in the applied subject.

UGC NET (Commerce/Management) qualification and/or enrolled in Ph.D. in the related specialization.

Minimum 55% marks throughout all academic degrees.

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the respective field.

Key Responsibilities

Teach subject-specific courses in MBA programs.

Prepare and deliver lectures, assignments, and evaluation materials.

Mentor students in academic and project-related work.

Contribute to curriculum development and academic quality initiatives.

Participate in departmental activities and institutional events.

Engage in research, publications, and faculty development.

Skills & Competencies

Deep subject knowledge in the chosen specialization.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Research aptitude and academic writing ability.

Student-focused and collaborative attitude.

Ability to contribute to academic innovation and quality enhancement.

Other Requirements

Additional industry experience (if any) will be considered an advantage.
