Job Title: Assistant Professor – Marketing Department

Location: Gaurichak, Patna, Bihar

Qualification Required:

• MBA with specialization in Marketing from a recognized university/institution.
• Candidates with additional certifications or research experience in Marketing will be preferred.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized college or university.
• Industry experience in marketing, sales, or business development will be an added advantage.

Salary Range:

• ₹15,000 to ₹50,000 per month (commensurate with qualification, experience, and performance in interview).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in Marketing and related subjects such as Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, Sales & Distribution, and Advertising.
• Develop course materials, lesson plans, and teaching aids to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Guide students in academic projects, internships, and career planning.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain academic records.
• Engage in curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching methods.
• Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, and faculty development programs.
• Encourage research, case study development, and publication in reputed journals.
• Support institutional activities, events, and accreditation processes.
