Assistant Professor in Management

Position Summary

The International School of Management invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor position in Management. We seek candidates with a strong commitment to excellence in research, teaching, and service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in one or more core areas of management, such as Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, or International Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality, publishable research in peer-reviewed journals.
• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in management and related disciplines.
• Develop new courses and revise existing curriculum in line with industry trends.
• Advise and mentor students on academic and career goals.
• Participate actively in departmental, college, and university service.
• Engage with the business community and contribute to the institution's outreach and research impact.

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution (ABD candidates will be considered if the degree is awarded by the start date).
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at College/University especially BBA and MBA students.
• Evidence of, or strong potential for, scholarly research and publication.
• Demonstrated ability or potential to deliver effective teaching at undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Research and teaching interests that complement and enhance the department’s existing strengths.
• Prior university-level teaching experience.
• Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and externally funded research.
• Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods in the classroom.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
