Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor at GM University, located in Karnataka, India. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, designing and updating course curricula, supervising students in academic and research projects, and participating in departmental and university activities. Responsibilities also include conducting research, publishing scholarly articles, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic growth of the university.

Qualifications

• Strong subject matter expertise in the relevant academic discipline
• Proficiency in curriculum development, course design, and effective teaching practices
• Research skills, including the ability to conduct independent research and publish in reputed journals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring and collaboration
• Commitment to fostering a student-centric learning environment
• Prior teaching experience in higher education institutions is preferred
• Ph.D. in the relevant field is mandatory
• Proficiency in modern educational tools and technology is an advantage
