Job Description State Sales Head - Beverages Location: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra Positions Open: 3 (One per state) Reports To: Director Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to spearhead the launch and growth of a new Bevarage brand in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra. The selected candidates will be responsible for state-level sales operations, brand promotion, competitor analysis, and achieving aggressive sales targets while building strong regional market presence. Key Responsibilities: Drive state-wide sales strategy to launch and establish the brand in the assigned region. Plan and execute brand promotions, campaigns, and events to create high visibility. Develop regional offers and pricing strategies to capture market share. Build and manage a state-level distribution network including wholesalers, retailers, and modern trade. Continuously analyze competitor activities and strategize accordingly. Deliver quarter-on-quarter sales growth with strong execution in the field. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure region-specific branding and communication. Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams/distributors for deeper penetration. Monitor sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to refine strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and brand guidelines. Qualifications and Skills: A minimum of 8 years experience Must be a Graduate, candidate with MBA will be preferred. Candidate must be located in the given job location. Proven experience in launching FMCG/new bevarage brands. Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
