Assistant Professor- Computer Applications

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our academic team as an Assistant Professor in Computer Applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science fundamentals, a passion for teaching, and a track record of scholarly research or industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions in subjects related to computer applications such as programming, data structures, algorithms, database management, software engineering, web technologies, AI/ML, cybersecurity, etc.
• Develop and update course content, syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
• Guide and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in academic projects, research, and internships.
• Engage in scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
• Participate in curriculum development and departmental activities.
• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues on academic and administrative tasks.
• Maintain active industry linkages and promote student-industry interaction.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:
• Ph.D. in Computer Applications , Computer Science
• NET/SET/SLET qualification is preferred as per UGC norms.
• Experience:
• 0–3 years of teaching/research/industry experience (fresh Ph.D. holders may also apply).
• Experience with modern teaching tools and technologies is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
• Ability to inspire and mentor students.
• Commitment to academic excellence and continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
