Assistant Professor (Civil Engineering)

Role Overview: As an Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering, your primary responsibility will be to teach undergraduate-level Civil Engineering subjects. You will be required to prepare lesson plans, lab manuals, study materials, and assignments for the students. Additionally, you will conduct theory and practical lab sessions as per the academic timetable. Evaluating student performance through exams, assessments, and project reviews will also be a key part of your role. Guiding students in internships, mini-projects, and final-year projects will be essential for their academic growth. Participation in departmental activities, academic committees, and meetings is expected from you. Furthermore, conducting research, publishing papers, and supporting accreditation activities (NBA/NAAC) will be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining discipline, academic records, and student attendance is crucial. Your contribution to curriculum development and continuous improvement processes will be highly valued.
