Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at Baba Farid College of Pharmacy in Ludhiana. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering course content, conducting research, mentoring students, and participating in academic committees. Additional responsibilities include assessing student performance, contributing to curriculum development, and staying current with industry trends and advancements in the field of pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching and mentoring skills, with experience in developing and delivering course content
• Research skills, with the ability to conduct and publish scholarly work
• Assessment and evaluation skills, with competence in measuring student performance
• Curriculum development skills, contributing to the design and improvement of academic programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
• Advanced degree in Pharmacy (Ph.D. preferred) or related field
• Experience in the field of pharmacy/education industry is a plus
