Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana for an Assistant Professor at Baba Farid College of Pharmacy. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality lectures, developing and updating course materials, mentoring students, and engaging in academic research. Additional responsibilities include participating in curriculum development, organizing educational activities, and contributing to the overall academic growth of the department.

Qualifications

• Proficient in subject matter expertise related to pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences
• Strong teaching abilities, including curriculum development and student mentoring
• Excellent research skills with a focus on publication and innovation in relevant fields
• Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven academic environment
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Pharmacy or related field; PhD preferred
• Prior teaching or academic experience is a plus
