Assistant Professor / Associate Professor - MBA

Minimum Qualifications

• MBA/M.Com with specialization in Finance or Business Analytics (First Class).
• Ph.D. in Management/Finance/Analytics (mandatory).
• Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience.

Areas of Expertise

• Finance: Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Financial Modeling, Risk Management.
• Business Analytics: Data Analytics, Predictive Modeling, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning applications in business.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops in Finance and Business Analytics.
• Guide MBA students in projects, dissertations, and internships.
• Develop and upgrade curriculum to align with current industry practices.
• Conduct impactful research and publish in reputed journals/conferences.
• Establish industry linkages for guest lectures, consulting, and placements.
• Actively contribute to departmental committees, academic events, and institutional development.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong subject knowledge and practical exposure in Finance and Business Analytics.
• Ability to integrate case studies, simulations, and tools (Excel, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) into teaching.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
• Research mindset with proven track record (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
