ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR/PROFESSOR/ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

Discipline- Marketting, Finance, Accounts & Economics

Qualification-

Masters in respective discipline with UGC-NET, preferably PhD.

Desirable Experience for all disciplines-

For Assistant Professor- Minimum 5 years Teaching Experience
For Associate Professor- Minimum 8 years Teaching Experience
For Professor- Minimum 10 years Teaching Experience

Immediate Joinees preferred

Candidates from Noida, Delhi/NCR and nearby areas preferred or able to relocate

Role & responsibilities

Strong commitment to teaching, demonstrated by effective communication skills and a passion for student learning.
Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops
Provide guidance and mentorship to students, including advising and assisting in academic and career development.
Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Participate in academic committees, department meetings, and other institutional activities to support the department's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary programs and initiatives.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals, organizations, and professional associations.
Maintain office hours to provide accessibility to students for academic support and guidance.
