Job Description

You should possess a BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and be available for an immediate joining. With 8 to 10 years of experience in PPC of Machine Manufacturing Industry, preferably from Packaging Machine Manufacturers, you should have a strong background. It is essential that you have prior experience working with ERP systems and possess knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, etc. Proficiency in practicing various improvement tools like 5S, Kaizen, JIT, and other Japanese techniques is required. Candidates with experience in industries holding an ISO Certification are preferred. Your ability to effectively generate MIS for management review is crucial. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills as you will be the bridge between operations and sales teams. Additionally, you must be capable of improving manufacturing lead time to contribute effectively to the organization's goals.,
