Purpose of the job

Responsibilities

Ensuring the set targets set in the operations are achieved .
Ensure production meets quality standards and deadlines.
Ensure that the teams out put and moral standards are of a very high calibe
Schedule and allocate resources effectively to optimize production efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain high standards.
Monitor production data and generate reports for management.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
Train and supervise production staff.
