Overall responsible for Production planning, executing and monitoring as per customer requirement.
Develop and optimize CNC programs based on technical drawings.
Ensure efficient production with minimal waste. Lead and support a team of CNC operators. Coordinate daily production schedules and ensure safety compliance. Set up CNC machines and perform routine maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues. Monitor and inspect production to meet quality standards. Implement improvements for better efficiency and quality. Maintain accurate production records and report on performance. Communicate issues and suggestions to management.
Understanding of GD&T
Costing of machining parts
Supporting in new product development & FAI machining coordination with Project management
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
