We Are Hiring: Knitting Industry Production Supervisor

Location: (Dharmaj Anand Gujarat)
Full-time | Immediate Joining Preferred

Are you an experienced professional with strong leadership skills in the textile knitting industry? Join our team and help drive production excellence!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage circular knitting operations (single jersey, interlock, fleece, etc.)
• Supervise shift teams and ensure smooth production flow
• Maintain fabric quality, troubleshoot machine issues
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and dispatch teams
• Ensure safety and compliance standards on the shop floor

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a knitting or textile production role
• Good knowledge of fabric types, GSM, yarn handling, and production planning
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP entry preferred
