Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager located in Maharashtra, India. The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. They will work closely with production teams to optimize processes and achieve production targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control
• Experience in managing production teams and optimizing processes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or BSC or MSC in Chemistry is preferred
• Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is a plus specifically in the manufacturing of chemical intermediates and involving unit operations like Nitration, reduction, Amidation and handling Hazardous chemicals like Thionyl Chloride, POCL3 Etc

Experience Required : 6 to 7 Yrs Min.
