Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Production Head to support overall plant operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and quality-driven manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Plant Head in planning and supervising daily production activities.

· Ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery.

· Monitor machine performance, manpower allocation, and production efficiency.

· Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores teams for smooth workflow.

· Identify process improvements.

· Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and shift handovers.

· Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, and adherence to ISO standards.

· Lead and motivate shift supervisors and operators to achieve set goals.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.

· 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing (injection molding or related industry preferred).

· Strong understanding of production planning, tooling, and shop floor management.

· Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems.
