Assistant Product Marketing Manager

As an Assistant Manager Product Marketing at our company, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end marketing lifecycle of key product categories, such as smartphones, TVs, wearables, and smart home devices. Your role will involve collaborating with various cross-functional teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and ensure the success of Xiaomi's products in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches across multiple categories. - Translate technical product features into clear and compelling consumer value propositions that resonate across different segments. - Brief internal and external creative teams, review campaign assets, and ensure alignment with the brand and product positioning. - Coordinate 360-degree campaigns across digital, retail, ATL, and influencer channels, ensuring consistent messaging and timely execution. - Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor products, marketing communication, and industry trends to inform positioning and messaging. - Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness, derive insights, and optimize future campaigns accordingly. - Collaborate with product teams, media agencies, e-commerce platforms, and PR to ensure a unified go-to-market approach. Qualifications & Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or category management, preferably in consumer tech, FMCG, or e-commerce. - Proven experience in managing product launches and integrated campaigns. - Strong understanding of consumer insights, positioning frameworks, and marketing funnels. - Ability to write and evaluate creative content that aligns with brand tone and product promise. - Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.,
