LEAP (Learning & Excellence Apprenticeship Program) by Kotak Life offers a hands-on experience to young professionals through live projects, mentorship, and business exposure in insurance and financial services. What You’ll Do: Role: Assistant Partner Apprentice Integrated under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme Work on real business projects in Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience. Learn how India’s insurance sector functions end-to-end. Support teams in business development, data analysis, and customer engagement. Present insights and contribute to growth initiatives. Who Can Apply: First-year MBA/MBA Executive/ PGP/ PGDM students (any stream). What’s in it for You: Certificate of completion from Kotak Life. Stipend provided. Exposure to a leading financial organisation. Mentorship and learning modules to build your career foundation. Duration: 12 months with 4– 6 working days per month
