Job Description

This role is crucial for maintaining a continuous and efficient production flow, while adhering toquality and safety standards.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES Safely and efficiently operate equipment such as mixers, grinders, roasters, dryers, andpackaging machines.  Prepare machinery for production, including initial setups and minor adjustments orcalibrations to ensure optimal performance.  Identify and resolve minor issues with machinery, coordinating with maintenancetechnicians for more complex repairs.  Perform regular cleaning and preventive maintenance on machinery to keep it in goodworking order.  Report any quality or equipment issues to the Line In-Charge immediately. Adhere to established safety and quality control procedures. Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of feeding equipment. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs. Follow all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of personal protectiveequipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report any safety hazards to the supervisor. Maintain accurate records of material usage. Document any quality control checks or equipment issues.
