Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operator Engineer located in Mumbai. The Assistant Operator Engineer will assist in the assembly, operation, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment. Daily tasks will include monitoring manufacturing processes, maintaining operational efficiency, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve workflows. The role also involves ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols while reporting and documenting issues as necessary.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in assembly, operation, and maintenance of mechanical or electric systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in engineering processes
• Understanding of safety standards and operational protocols in a manufacturing setting
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate within a technical environment
• Familiarity with railway systems or prior experience in the transportation industry is a strong advantage
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced operational environment with attention to detail
