We are looking for a results-driven site manager to join our organisation. In this position, you will be the point of contact for contractors and will liaise between team members and management. You must have strong organisational and communication skills and be able to work both individually and in teams.

Operation - Assistant Manager

  • Oversee daily operations.
  • Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Enforce all workplace policies and procedures.
  • Address and safety concerns in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate training and development activities for employees
  • Maintain and adhere to departmental budget.
  • Approve project plans.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews.
  • Track and monitor project progress, adhering to prearranged standards.
  • Review all project contracts before submitting them to management.
  • Ensure compliance across the worksite.
  • Answer enquiries from potential project partners.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports.
  • Mediate on-site conflicts.

Operation Manager

  • Budget management experience required.
  • Familiarity with developing a Site Safety plan.
