Safety Officer

To look after all type safety precautions required for the safety of man & machine, arrange safety training and uses of PPE vigorously, to check all machines and operators in view safety.

Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.

Regularly Conducting Forklift Training to Operators or newly Join Operators

Inspect premises and wack of personal to identify issue or non-conformity (E.g.-Not Using PPE's)

To ensure that the company complies and adhere to occupational health center & safety guideline

Correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line authority

Investigate incident to determine causes & prepare reports on occurrence & submitted to customers & management. Prepare RCA (Root cause Analysis) & CAPA (Collective Action Preventive Action) of the incident

Work with HR to set up new employee on boarding process for safety.

Overall workplace repair, installation and any other work that could harm employee safety

Establish a cordial & professional relationship with employee & customer

Set protocol for equipments specific daily, weekly, monthly, annual inspection.

Regularly reporting to management detailing the measure & procedure for maintain safety standard at site.

To train new joiners related to safety points, clearance for deployment of new joiner. Assist and conduct a structured program of health & safety training (including a well-developed induction program) for staff

Reporting: Weekly report (from Monday to Sunday) based on day-to-day basis, will reach to the management by Monday & MIS to be prepared on fortnightly basis, will reach to the management on 1st and 16th of each month.
