1. Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
2. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
3. Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations for prevention.
4. Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures.
5. Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
