In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Job Purpose Maker role - Trade Finance Operations Key Requirements Processing of Trade Finance transactions as per Internal process and strictly adhering to the External & Regulatory Guidelines. Processing and maintaining the Client services as per expectations at the desired levels and manage all the stake holders. Cross functional training for self and new joinees. Job Duties & Responsibilities Capable of handling and managing the various Tradefinance products around Exports and cross learning Strengthen relations with the various stake holders and the client facing branches Interacting with the relationship managers and products and internal teams to resolve all tradequeries and issues promptly Open to work and perform in dynamic environment and under pressure situations, wherein individual skill combines with team's performance to determine the success of the unit Understanding & highlighting the risks in the process, and work on process improvements Willing to contribute in other desks as well when the volumes are high.\ Required Experience Should have strong knowledge of various India TradeProducts related to Exports and related products 1-2 years of Work Experience in handling the Trade Finance product Should have strong analytical & interpersonal skills Handling all types of customer complaints, enquiries Queries Excellent Client / Customer management skills Be capable of ensuring smooth transition without impacting customer deliverables, to manage processes and metrics on a day to day basis, Capability to identify areas of risk and ensure proper mitigates and controls are put in place Education / Preferred Qualifications Graduate Technical Competencies Good Computer Skills Overview of systems used in Trade operations Give suggestions for Process improvement Error free processing and willingness to take up additional responsibilities Primary Location India-Tamil Nadu-DBS Bank Centre Job Operations Schedule Regular Job Type Full-time Job Posting Jun 9, 2025, 8:00:00 AM Show more Show less
