Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Bharuch. The Assistant will support daily administrative operations, coordinate with various teams, manage schedules, and handle documentation and communication tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring timely reporting, maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting in project coordination as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Tasks, Record-Keeping, and Scheduling
• Strong Communication, Organizational, and Time Management Skills
• Familiarity with Basic Computer Applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to Coordinate Between Teams and Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously
• Prior Experience in Similar Roles within the Mining, Metals, or Industrial Sectors is a Plus
• Attention to Detail and the Ability to Work Independently or in Teams
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields is preferred
