Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Jaipur. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating with various departments, handling communication, and maintaining records. Other tasks include data entry, managing office supplies, and assisting with report preparation.

Qualifications

Administrative skills including data entry, record-keeping, and office management
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in using office software and tools
Ability to manage schedules and multitask effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
Relevant experience in a similar assistant role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
