This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Merchandiser based in Gandhi Nagar, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant Merchandiser will be responsible for supporting the merchandising team in tasks related to product management, planning, and coordination. Key responsibilities include assisting with the development and execution of merchandising plans, working with buyers and vendors, analyzing sales data, and ensuring that product displays are in line with company standards. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and Retail environments
Understanding of Marketing principles and strategies
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Experience in the apparel or fashion industry is a plus
