Can WhatsApp Resume on 9646460030 (Only WhatsApp, Please Don't Call) Improve workflow efficiencies between Nurses, Doctors, Lab, Pharmcacy, OT & other clinical team Ensure TATs are adhered & monitored to enhance patient experience and outcome Ensure proper communication between Consultants, RMOs, Nurses, Other clinical staff. Adhere & Monitor various indicators like ALOS Medical & Surgical Pts, Discharge TAT, Admission TAT, etc Should be well verse with NABH & other quality standards Should have knowledge of Statuary/Legal compliances. Support Auditing & Reporting in form of proper KPIs, SOPs, Workflows, Checklists, etc Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to handle Patient Grievance & Clinical team Grievance Work directly with Care providers to educate & Train them on our care process and determine what can be done to improve overall care quality Create work groups and leadership committees that are designed to improve patient care and enhance relationships with providers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
