Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, located in Vapi. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The Assistant will ensure the smooth operation of office activities and provide support to different departments as needed.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
