Based in Nagpur, the company operates from a world-class, ISO 9001:2008 and 22000:2005 certified manufacturing facility. Vaibhav Plasto supplies a variety of packaging products across 27 states in India and exports to more than 5 countries, maintaining a hygienic work environment and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Nagpur. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. The Assistant will also engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Strong Organizational and Time Management skills Excellent written and verbal Communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Administrative and Report Preparation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the flexible packaging industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred
