Assistant Manager Accounting - 3+ Years - Mohali Location : Mohali An exciting opportunity to lead and manage property accounting operations in a dynamic, fast-growing real estate environment. If you have strong expertise in financial reporting, general ledger management, and process improvements , this role is for you! Responsibilities: Managing general ledger activities, reconciliations, and cash postings. Supervising and mentoring an accounting team. Generating accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and industry regulations. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation. Implementing best practices to enhance financial reporting efficiency. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA Finance preferred). Proven experience in an Assistant Manager or similar role in accounting . Proficiency in any of the accounting software. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills . Property accounting experience preferred . What's in it for You?
