Assistant Manager/Sales Associate

Sales Associate – Cybersecurity & IT Solutions (Female Candidates Only)

Experience Required: 1–4 years in IT or cybersecurity sales preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with potential and existing B2B clients.
• Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits to generate qualified leads.
• Pitch cybersecurity and IT solutions to clients, explaining technical features in a simplified manner.
• Schedule and attend client meetings/demos with Pre-Sales or Technical teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain CRM entries, follow-up tasks, and pipeline updates regularly.
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, webinars, or promotional events when required.
• Provide feedback from the market to product and strategy teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–4 years of sales experience in IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, or tech industry preferred.
• Good understanding of basic cybersecurity/IT concepts (training can be provided).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, and local languages).
• Confident personality, proactive attitude, and professional appearance.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby regions as needed.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
