Assistant Manager/Manager Sales

As a Real Estate Sales Manager, your role involves identifying and targeting potential clients in the real estate industry through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. You must have previous experience in sales within a luxury project with an average ticket size of not less than 2 crores in the last 2-4 years. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors is a key responsibility. Understanding clients" needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to offer tailored property solutions is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Execute marketing strategies to showcase luxury properties, including high-quality photos, virtual tours, and print materials. - Focus on market penetration within the industry. - Handle sales activities with all client inquiries (inbound & outbound) through face-to-face interactions, site inspections, negotiations, and closures. - Achieve monthly targets set by the organization. - Maintain proper discipline in accordance with standard operating procedures. - Follow systems and processes when dealing with clients on a daily basis. - Provide daily sales reports to respective line managers. Qualifications: - Graduate/Post Graduate in any specialization. - 6 to 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.
