Assistant Manager/Manager - MIS & Accounts

You will be responsible for the accounting operations, MIS, statutory audit, tax audit, and FICO implementation. Reporting to the Finance Controller, your key accountabilities will include: - FICO Implementation and co-ordination - MIS & Reporting - Preparation of Financials as per IGAAP and IND AS - Consolidation of Accounts - Overall, in-charge of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & Finalisation - Acting as the one point contact for all audit related work and book closing - Co-ordinating with the Accounts team for Audit & Book closing As for the qualifications, you should hold a CA qualification with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience. Additionally, possessing strong stakeholder management skills, good communication, and collaboration abilities is essential. It would be preferable to have experience with a Big 4 firm in Audit & Assurance, as well as FICO implementation experience. Your technical skills should include in-depth knowledge of IND AS and Accounting Standards, along with expertise in Consolidation of Accounts. Being able to decipher data to enhance operational and business efficiencies will be crucial. Other competencies that will be expected from you include being action and result-oriented, having excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good presentation and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to coordinate effectively with external auditors and IT consultants, will also be necessary.
