Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Manager-Key Accounts at Escon Elevators located in the Mumbai/ Kolkata metropolitan area. The role entails managing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing account growth and retention strategies & hence the revenue generation. Qualifications Excellent Communication skills Proven Track Record with the Builder/Real Estate Contract/Procurement Team & as well as the Site Execution Team. A Self Starter/Go-Getter; Ability to shoulder responsibilities with a solution centric approach. A Maestro in client relationship management and client servicing. A Strategic Thinker.
