Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support the Business Development team across various BD activities.
Generate business leads and identify new opportunities through proactive networking with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Provide clients with product information, pricing, proposals, and timely responses to inquiries.
Prepare marketing materials and presentations; support digital marketing initiatives, PR activities, and other promotional efforts.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Update CRM systems regularly to ensure accurate tracking of customer inquiries and interactions.
Prepare proposals and support the drafting and execution of agreements.
Track key business events and coordinate company participation.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts to the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, licensing contracts, biosimilars, and global pharma business practices, with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience must be from the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Familiarity with technology and proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems.
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to create executive-level presentations and MIS reports.
