Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify organizational training needs related to behavioral competencies.
• Design, develop, and deliver impactful behavioral training programs tailored to suit business objectives.
• Conduct assessments to ensure measurable outcomes for training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with various departments to organize workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions.
• Mentor and coach employees to improve their soft skills, leadership abilities, and communication.
• Create development plans and content for both individual contributors and managerial roles.
• Stay informed of trends and advancements in training and instructional design methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience

  : 6+ years in

  behavioral training, learning & development,

  or a similar role in corporate
• A background in psychology, education, organizational behavior, or related fields will be preferred.
• Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and public speaking skills.
• Proven expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess training effectiveness and deliver improvements.
• Certifications in Behavioral Training, Instructional Design, or related areas (preferred).
