As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager - Sales at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying business opportunities by evaluating prospects, analyzing sales options, and recommending solutions. - Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects to sell products effectively. - Guiding the sales team in following the company's policies, systems, software, and reports. - Updating all necessary information in the ERP system and delivering reports to the management. - Being a Go Getter, Team Leader, and Target Oriented individual. - Maintaining a customer-focused approach with excellent analytical skills. - Showing aggression in sales approach with excellent communication skills. - Adapting to work on weekends and in rapidly changing circumstances. Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Degree - 4 - 8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Apartment/Villas Direct Sales or Hardcore-Sales experience from another industry. - Strong experience in direct sales and generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques. - Ability to convert leads into sales with a strong focus on sales closure. - Knowledge of the local property market and experience in property pricing is preferred.
