As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager - Sales in the Presales, CP Sales, CRM department in Chennai, your role will involve identifying business opportunities, establishing contacts with prospects, recommending solutions, guiding the team, updating information in the ERP, delivering reports to management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying business opportunities by evaluating prospects and researching sales options. - Selling products by developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions. - Guiding the team in following the company's policies, systems, software, and reports. - Updating all necessary information in the ERP. - Delivering reports to the management. - Being a go-getter, team leader, and target-oriented individual. - Maintaining a customer-focused approach with good analytical skills. - Demonstrating aggressiveness with excellent communication skills. - Being adaptive to work on weekends and in rapidly changing circumstances. Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Degree - 4-8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Apartment/Villas Direct Sales or Hardcore Sales experience from other industries. - Strong experience in direct sales. - Experience in generating new leads through various sales and marketing techniques. - Ability to generate and convert leads into sales. - Strong experience in sales closure. - Knowledge of the local property market and experience in property pricing to match clients" needs is preferred.
