Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and review detailed electrical, civil & structural design for ground mount solar PV systems.
Prepare layout optimization, string design, shadow analysis, and cable routing.
Develop SLDs, GA drawings, foundation drawings, and complete BOM.
Ensure all designs comply with MNRE, IEC, IS, and other relevant standards.
Coordinate with EPC, procurement, and execution teams for technical clarifications.
Review structural designs of module mounting structures and foundations.
Manage a team of design engineers and ensure timely project deliverables.
Provide design inputs during tendering and proposal stages.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong command over
AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, SketchUp, STAAD Pro.
Good understanding of electrical, civil & mechanical integration in solar plants.
Ability to lead a design team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
